Studio Plus Apartments

I’m sure you’ve heard by now of the construction of nine executive suites located at 224 First Street. They are now available, and are quickly being leased to those who enjoy downtown prestigious living at its best. During a conversation with Donna MacKay of Enterprise Ventures, we learned that nearly half of the suites have been leased and she expects that all nine will be occupied shortly.

Ship Yard Market (370 Water Street)

Construction is progressing nicely on the new market with a tentative opening date for early June. As a venue for special events, the planning team has a number of summer projects underway. Some include, an antique and collectible show, family fun for Canada Day weekend, and regular farmers’ market. Anyone wanting further details call Susan Snow at 436-7784
